It has been a month since I have started using my ROADiD Sidekick. Looking back at my previous incidents of injury, I needed the ROADiD incase I could not get to safety. It is now time to provide you a review of this product and my experiences!
- Aesthetically Pleasing! I love how it blends in with my watch. The color scheme is perfect. I was always skeptical about getting a ROADiD because I did not want something on my shoe. Also I wasn’t interested in another rubber band type bracelet.
5 of 5 Stars for the Good Looks
- Fit and Feel. This Sidekick is just that, a sidekick. I hardly see it, but don’t feel the addition on my Garmin. No blisters or rashes from constant wearing of my Sidekick. I could not ask for a better fitting accessory for all my fitness adventures.
5 of 5 Stars for Fit and Feel
- Function. I can say that fingers crossed, I have not needed to test the function of my ROADiD. Unless I lost my watch, I know that my ROADid would be 100% functional and would help me get to safety
5 of 5 Stars for Functionality
- Overall Review. I will give this product 5 of 5 stars based on my current experiences. ROADiD is super cool. You get emails from their founder Edward. He helps you get ready to use your ROADiD. The site also has unique stories about folks who use ROADiD! It is Fabulous.
5 of 5 Stars Overall
I have a couple of questions about the wearability of this piece. I am curious about how the rubber bands will hold up in the winter. Will they dry rot, crack or freeze with my sweat? I tend to destroy watch bands and elastic type materials. After a few months, will the band start to cause a rash? My guess is no, but I have not been there yet. Winter is not near, so I am clear for the next six months. P.S. I am confident it will survive the brutal winter months and toxic sweat storms. 🙂
